FAIRINGS AND PARTS COME IN THREE MATERIALS.
- Carbon only:
Carbon Fiber is top of the line choice material in any composite industry. Carbon produces a very stiff, strong product and is lightweight. It is twice as strong and stiff as e-glass (Fibre Glass) and available in gloss finish for display of carbon or Mat finish which you can prepare and paint.
- Carbon with E Glass layer:
Single layer Carbon for Lightweight and visual look with one layer of E-Glass Mat for support. Available in gloss finish for display of carbon or Mat finish which you can prepare and paint.
- Fibre Glass:
The most common for Fairings used in the composite industry. It is a very easy material to work with and comes as laid up mat or Chop Strand. Neither is stiff or strong and is not good as protection, it is cheap so works well if you are on a budget but if you crash, the damage to the bike is usually greater and the fairings usually need to be replaced - We do not sell Fibre Glass Products for this reason.
